Preschool and Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator
Sibeli has been immersed in bilingualism since childhood. Daughter of a Swedish father and a Brazilian mother, she grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, where she also earned a bachelor's degree in Literature and a master's degree in International Education from the University of Stockholm. She joined SIS in 2016 as a teacher and in 2023, she assumed the position of Coordinator for Preschool and Primary School. Passionate about theater and music, when she's not in the classroom, Sibeli devours books of various genres, such as romance, investigation, and biographies. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and playing board games.

Middle Years Programme Coordinator
Daniela is passionate about exploring countries and languages. She holds a bachelor's degree in Portuguese and German Literature from the University of São Paulo, followed by a degree in Geography. She also holds a master's degree in German language from the National University of Ireland. Daniela joined SIS Brasília in 2020 as a German teacher and, in 2024, took on the role of coordinator of Elementary School II. She believes in the transformative power of education and, especially, in multilingualism as an opportunity to open academic, personal, and professional doors. In her free time, she enjoys being in contact with nature, playing sports, and tending to her plants.

Bianca gained extensive knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme while a student at Ashcroft Technology Academy in London. Grateful for the experience, she believes that the excellence of the educational path proposed in the IB is fundamental to the development of responsible citizens and agents of positive change in local and global contexts. She studied Comparative Literature at King's College London and completed her Master's degree in Eighteenth-Century Studies at the same institution. Bianca joined the SIS group as an MYP and DP English teacher in 2023 and soon assumed the position of DP Coordinator. Fascinated by the prose and poetry of English Romanticism, Bianca never misses an opportunity to go to the cinema and theater to see the latest adaptations of timeless classical literature.

"We like SIS for several reasons with the following three in particular. The first is the pedagogical part, with the integration of knowledge in the subjects offered. The second is the sports activities offered, which involve the SIS-Cup, an annual event for all SIS group schools. And the third is the realization of national and international cultural trips from the fourth year, because they provide a different experience to children and adolescents, for example, team integration, autonomy and responsibilities."

SIS Swiss International School
SIS Swiss International School is a group of private day schools in Brazil, Germany and Switzerland offering bilingual education from kindergarten through to college. The SIS programme is centred on consistent bilingual classroom instruction and peer experience in the national language and English (or German or French at ESB Rio de Janeiro), culminating in a national or international university entrance qualification.
